This project aims to build a strong and sustainable sports culture among the local community making world-class facilities easily accessible to them. The project adds pride to SGA firm’s work portfolio, designed for future athletes to enhance their skills facilitated with advanced technology-integrated activities.

For economical use of the available space, the project is planned in different sections according to their uses. The area starts with an elegant view of nature leading to an eye-catching Mashal at the center, where we get a clear view of all functional units. The open spaces at FIT INDIA ZONE are dedicated for both public and sports personnel to enjoy an outdoor environment in harmony; while two multipurpose mass buildings are dedicated more for competitive sports training. The COMMUNITY CENTRE is more club activities based whereas the CENTER OF EXCELLENCE has a combination of individual, partner, and team sports. The highlights of this site are two modular buildings where the main competitions are held: the AQUATIC STADIUM is specially designed for water sports with approximately 1500 spectators sitting capacity and the INDOOR MULTI SPORTS ARENA has multiple floors dedicated to sports competitions with over 5000 spectator seating capacity. Both the stadiums are covered beautifully by perforated sheets. The visitors are invited to the stadiums through the plaza whilst exploring and connecting to the nature of the open landscape associated with the urban intervention.
